Initiate Return Request
Log into your Shelly Europe account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original box including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking number for confirmation.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
